We recently hosted our annual TAUSS MEET at Xara Lodge, Rabat. Kicking off the morning with motivational speaker Nathan Farrugia who inspired, motivated and provoked #teamtauss to take control of our lives and unlock our full potential. We then broke up the team into groups based on birth months and within which we carried out a couple of team building exercises. After which we stopped for a short coffee break, wherein the team enjoyed some Danish pastries and finger sandwiches.
Refueled and refreshed, Team TAUSS sat back down in the meeting room for a company wide update from our heads of department. The scope of this update was to bring everyone up to speed about the different areas of the company and to establish a sense of unity between the various companies of the group reinforcing the fact that we are all part of one team, Team Tauss.
Team Tauss enjoyed a delicious bbq lunch followed by the Tauss Olympics, which consisted of water sports and tug of war.
TAUSS Holdings is dedicated to creating memorable events for its staff fostering strong friendships and teamwork that drive the company’s success.
