At Tauss Holdings, we take pride in positioning Marina di Valletta as a leading destination for premium nautical events, and the recent Beneteau Open Weekend, held from the 4th to the 6th of April, was a perfect example of that vision brought to life.

Organised by Mediterranean Yacht Sales, the weekend transformed our marina into a showcase of world-class craftsmanship and innovation, featuring a curated display of sailing yachts and catamarans from Beneteau and Lagoon Catamarans. Over three days, Marina di Valletta welcomed prospective buyers, seasoned sailors, and maritime enthusiasts to explore a collection of vessels that embody the pinnacle of design and performance on the water.
Sea trials were conducted by appointment, allowing visitors to experience the vessels in their natural element, while our marina team ensured a seamless experience both ashore and afloat. As always, our goal was to provide the infrastructure, atmosphere, and support worthy of the global brands and discerning guests we proudly host.
On the first night, we had the pleasure of welcoming all Beneteau owners to Marina di Valletta for a special evening dedicated to launching the Beneteau Owners Club. It was a relaxed and enjoyable night, set against the stunning marina backdrop, where owners came together to celebrate their shared passion for the brand. The evening featured live music, a selection of canapés and drinks, and a warm introduction to the club by Matthew Travers Tauss and David Anastasi, who outlined the vision behind the initiative and what members can look forward to in the months ahead.
Events such as this reinforce Marina di Valletta’s role as more than just a mooring location—it is a hub for the sailing community, a platform for industry leaders, and a place where the future of yachting can be experienced first-hand.
We thank all who joined us over the weekend, and our dedicated team at Tauss Holdings for pulling off this event. We look forward to welcoming more exceptional events to Marina di Valletta in the months ahead.
