Role Description
The Freelance Graphic Designer will create visual assets for marine and yachting brands, including logos, marketing collateral, digital graphics, and print materials that align with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting briefs, developing concepts and layouts, refining designs based on feedback, and preparing production-ready files. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. The designer will also maintain organized design files and stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual materials for digital and print.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging communication.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Proven experience designing for commercial or corporate brands; experience in marine or luxury sectors is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously on-site.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience supported by a strong portfolio.
